GANTORA FREE — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Gantora Free ("the Software") is licensed, not sold. By using the Software
you accept these terms.

1. GRANT. You may use the Software free of charge, for any purpose,
   personal or commercial, on any number of machines.

2. REDISTRIBUTION. You may copy and share the Software free of charge,
   in unmodified form only. You may not sell the Software, charge for its
   distribution, or include it in any product or service that is sold.

3. RESTRICTIONS. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works of
   the Software; remove or alter copyright, licensing, or attribution
   notices (including the "Made with Gantora" notice on shared pages); or
   misrepresent the origin of the Software.

4. YOUR DATA. Plans and files you create with the Software are yours.
   This license claims no rights over your data. The Software makes no
   network connections and transmits nothing.

5. OWNERSHIP. The Software remains the exclusive property of the copyright
   holder. This license grants use, not ownership.

6. NO WARRANTY. The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any
   kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
   particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the
   copyright holder shall not be liable for any damages arising from the
   use of or inability to use the Software, including loss of data or
   profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. TERMINATION. This license terminates automatically if you breach its
   terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete all copies.

9. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary.
