GANTORA — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
STORE EDITION — App Store and Google Play

Version 2026-08-27. Supersedes the 2026-08-24 draft, which covered the free
edition only.

This is the store variant of the agreements published at https://gantora.net.
It differs from the website versions in three places, and the differences are
deliberate:

  * It covers BOTH editions in one document, because on a store there is one
    app: it runs as Gantora Free until the in-app purchase is made, and as
    Gantora Pro afterwards. There is no second download and no licence key.
  * The REDISTRIBUTION clause of the website free edition is omitted. The
    right to copy and pass on the downloadable file is a real part of the
    website product; it cannot be granted for a copy obtained from a store,
    because the store's own distribution terms do not permit it, and an EULA
    that grants more than the store allows conflicts with the store's terms.
  * Proof of purchase here is the store receipt held by your store account,
    not a signed licence key.

The website versions (EULA-FREE.txt and EULA-PRO.txt) are unchanged and remain
in force for copies obtained from https://gantora.net.

Gantora ("the Software") is licensed, not sold. By using the Software you
accept these terms.

1. GRANT — THE FREE EDITION. You may use the free edition of the Software
   free of charge, for any purpose, personal or commercial, by an individual
   or an organization, on the devices you own or control. No registration,
   account, or licence key is required, and there is no time limit. The free
   edition is a complete edition, not a trial.

2. WHAT THE FREE EDITION INCLUDES. Five views of a plan — Dashboard, List,
   Design, Zoom and Resources — working with one plan file at a time, under a
   fixed file name. Import, export, shareable pages, read-only mode, the AI
   assistant button, and cloud-folder (Dropbox) access are included.

3. GANTORA PRO — A ONE-TIME IN-APP PURCHASE. Gantora Pro is bought once,
   inside the Software, through the store you installed it from. It is not a
   subscription and does not renew.
   (a) WHAT IT UNLOCKS. The remaining four views — Team, Report, Cockpit and
       Presentation — and any number of plan files side by side, with
       comparison and merge.
   (b) YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE is the receipt held by your store account. The
       Software asks the store whether the purchase exists; no licence key is
       used and none is required.
   (c) ONE PERSON. The purchase is personal to one individual user and covers
       that person's own devices on this platform, under the terms of the
       store account it was bought with. It may not be shared between people
       or circulated within an organization; an organization must hold one
       purchase for each individual who uses Gantora Pro.
   (d) RESTORING IT. If you reinstall the Software or move to another device,
       use "Restore Purchases" in the Software. Nothing needs to be bought
       again.
   (e) SCOPE. A purchase made here applies to the Gantora app on this
       platform.

4. RESTRICTIONS. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise
   redistribute the Software; modify, adapt, or create derivative works of
   it; circumvent or disable the limits described in clauses 2 and 3; remove
   or alter copyright, licensing, or attribution notices (including the
   "Made with Gantora" notice on shared pages); or misrepresent the origin
   of the Software.

5. YOUR DATA. Plans and files you create with the Software are yours.
   This licence claims no rights over your data, and the copyright holder
   collects no usage data, analytics, or telemetry of any kind. The
   copyright holder does not receive your name, your e-mail address or your
   payment details from a purchase made in a store.

6. NETWORK USE. Working from a local folder, the Software makes no network
   connections and transmits nothing. Three features connect, and only as
   described:
   (a) cloud-folder mode communicates with your own cloud storage account
       to read and write your own files, after you switch it on;
   (b) the AI assistant button opens the assistant you choose, under your
       own account with that provider, after you press it;
   (c) checking whether Gantora Pro has been purchased asks the store you
       installed the Software from, and nobody else.
   In each case the connection is between you and that provider or store.
   The copyright holder operates no server for the Software and receives
   nothing.

7. OWNERSHIP. The Software remains the exclusive property of the copyright
   holder. This licence grants use, not ownership.

8. NO WARRANTY. The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any
   kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
   particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the
   copyright holder's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid
   for the Software, and the copyright holder shall not be liable for any
   indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
   Nothing in this licence limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. CONSUMER RIGHTS. Nothing in this agreement removes statutory consumer
    rights, including any right of withdrawal for digital content under
    applicable law. Purchases made in a store are processed by that store
    under its own terms, and refunds are handled by that store.

11. TERMINATION. This licence terminates automatically if you breach its
    terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete all copies.

12. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary.
    Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are
    unaffected.

13. APPLE. For copies obtained through the App Store: this agreement is
    between you and the copyright holder only, not with Apple. Apple has
    no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the Software.
    Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, product
    liability, or third-party intellectual property claims relating to
    the Software; any such claims are the copyright holder's
    responsibility, to the extent permitted by law. Apple and its
    subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may
    enforce it against you. You represent that you are not located in a
    country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a
    "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S.
    Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
