For companies
Every project. One screen. No platform.
Gantora is a file, not a service. For one person that is a technical detail — for a company it is an answer for procurement.
Portfolio
Not one project. All of them.
The Combined view reads any number of plan files side by side, in every view — read-only, so the originals stay untouched. One screen for a portfolio that lives in a folder, not in a database somebody has to administer.
Reporting
Reports you can actually send.
Three views built for the people who ask, rather than the people who plan: a one-page Report of what is blocked and what slipped, a live Cockpit for cutover nights, and a Presentation view that projects.
Cost control
Budget and spend, per project and in total.
Budget and spend columns on every row, rolled up by group. A dated spend log, so the curve is true in hindsight. And a report that answers the question a finance meeting actually asks: at this rate, when does the budget run out?
Procurement
No server. No account. No IT project.
Nothing to host, nothing to integrate, no data leaving the company, no vendor whose uptime has to be reviewed. The plans are files in a folder your people already have. If we disappear tomorrow, every plan still opens.
Perpetual
One-time purchase. No renewal, no seat audit, no price-rise letter.
Invoiced
Company name and VAT number, issued by Paddle — several seats in a single transaction.
Transferable
A licence belongs to a person, and can be passed to a colleague when that person leaves.
Volume
Above a hundred licences, let's talk.
Up to a hundred seats the checkout is self-service: one transaction, one invoice with company name and VAT number, one batch of keys. Above that, write to us and we will quote.
On the desktop we discount. On iPhone and Android the stores set the price, so there the route is different — we hand out codes, and the quantity needs agreeing in advance.
