Terms of Sale
This is about the terms of purchase. What you may do with the software itself is governed by the EULA — a separate document, referred to below.
- Who sells what. Gantora is made by Online Factory Kft.. Desktop purchases on this site are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant and seller of record: your contract of sale is with Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the transaction. Your right to use the software is governed by the Gantora Pro EULA.
- The product. Gantora Pro, a perpetual licence for one person. See the EULA for what a licence covers. Mobile versions are sold separately through the App Store and Google Play under their own terms.
- Price and tax. Prices are shown in euro. The tax due is calculated and shown at checkout according to your country; Paddle issues the invoice. Several seats may be bought in one transaction by setting the quantity.
- Delivery. Delivery is immediate and digital: your licence key appears on the confirmation page and is sent to the e-mail address given at checkout. If it does not arrive, write to hello@gantora.net and we will resend it.
- Right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement — which Paddle asks for at checkout.
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Paddle. If something does not work as described, write to us first — we would rather fix it.
- Support. hello@gantora.net. We aim to answer within two business days.
- Complaints. If we cannot settle a dispute directly, consumers may turn to the competent consumer protection authority or a conciliation body in their country of residence.
- Governing law. Hungarian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
