Short version: the app collects nothing, and this site does not track you.

The application

Gantora is a single HTML file that runs on your own machine. Working from a local folder it makes no network connections and sends nothing anywhere. It contains no analytics, no telemetry and no crash reporting, and an automated test in our suite exists to keep it that way. Your plans are plain text files on your own disk; we never see them.

Two optional features that do connect — only after you switch them on, and only on your behalf:

• Cloud folder (Dropbox): the app talks to your own Dropbox account to read and write your own files. The connection is between you and Dropbox; we operate no server in between and receive nothing.
• AI assistant button: the app opens the assistant you choose in your browser, under your own account with that provider. What you then send to that assistant is governed by their terms, not ours.

This website

No analytics, no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser identification) for security and troubleshooting; these are deleted on the provider’s normal schedule.

Downloads

No account, no e-mail address and no registration are required to download Gantora.

Purchases

Desktop purchases are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant and seller of record and processes your payment and billing data under its own privacy policy. Mobile purchases are handled by Apple or Google under theirs. We receive the information needed to issue and support your licence — typically your name, e-mail address and order identifier — and we use it for nothing else.

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to hello@gantora.net.
